We respect both the privacy of our clients as well as the fact our clients trust us for our ethics and common sense. We value our clients' privacy and respect them in our policies. We do not attempt to gather any detailed information about your computer or to intrude into it in any way. We collect only basic web statistics to determine how often our pages are accessed, which of our pages attract the most attention, and from what domains and/or search engines the interest comes.
We treat client information (and potential client information) with great care, and take pride in the security of our data and internal processes. We do not sell or make any data available to any organization or body, regardless of other considerations. Your business here and all communication between our customers and ourselves is 100% secure and will never be shared, sold or distributed, either by design or through poor security that resulted from our oversight.
We do not send spam e-mails, but may contact our customers from time to time about special offers or service. We contact only current customers, people who have contacted us in some way before, or "high potential" future customers referred to us by a trusted source. If you wish to be put on our list of people never to send e-mail to, please let us know.
What information do we gather from our clients?
We may collect standard contact information about your business, for contact purposes only. We also save information about billing and payment activity for current and past clients for our own accounting purposes. For potential customers, we collect the information that is sent to us via our web forms. None of this data is or will be stored in a publicly accessible location.
What do we do with the information we gather?
We store our clients' data to make sure that when you call we can refer to the projects in the past and work with you more effectively. We sell no data and we make no client lists or contact information available to anyone for any reason what so ever. We do not gather or track personal (non-business) contact information other than emergency contacts, or use the information for any reason other than to serve you better.
What if I don't want to receive any more e-mails from you?
If you are not a customer, but have contacted us in the past, you have the right to opt out of our periodic marketing messages. We'd love to have you as a customer, but we'd hate to lose you as a friend. Just let us know if you'd like to be removed from our list of people to send e-mail to.
